Reaction from Wales manager Chris Coleman Sunday following the goalless draw with Israel in their European Championships 2016 Group B qualifier.

SOUNDBITE (English) Chris Coleman, Wales manager:
"It was never going to be easy and certainly when you look at a team like Israel. Normally they play with a lot of imagination and offensively they're quite exciting but they came here to get a point and not to get beat and I'm not criticising them for that - that's their prerogative and they got what they wanted. I think had we scored early - in that first twenty minutes where we really right on top and were playing some great stuff and had a chance. When you're on top like that and you don't put the ball in the net, sometimes it can come back and haunt you a little bit."

SOUNDBITE (English) Chris Coleman, Wales manager:
"We got a point and at this stage a point is important. Another point and three would have been great of course - happy days, but it wasn't meant to be tonight. We've got as well (to know) the next stage for us is to cope with teams that come to Cardiff and do that - sit back and sit deep and we're not used to that. We're used to being the ones that do that to teams. So it was a big compliment to us. There's a shade of disappointment because you want the three (points) and the guarantee you're going to get to France. But, another point and overall the players in this camp have been fantastic. It's been a great effort from them. They're in new territory and trying to handle it the best they can so couldn't ask for anymore from them."
