If you're driving from the Tampa Airport to St. Petersburg, Florida, this is what the drive will look like.  I made this drive from Tampa Airport to St. Petersburg in September 2018, while testing out some new roof mounting hardware for my cameras.  

After driving from Tampa Airport to St. Petersburg, this drive continues around downtown St. Petersburg (including a drive over Thrill Hill on 3rd Street South -- Thrill Hill is a humped bridge that can be quite fun, as well as damaging to your car's suspension!).  After Thrill Hill, I got back on Interstate 275 and continued south, for the drive on to the Sunshine Skyway Bridge.  The drive over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge near St. Petersburg, Florida takes you up to a beautiful viewpoint of the entrance to Tampa Bay.  The drive ends just beyond the southern end of the bridge, near the southern terminus of US Highway 19.
