1. Boiled potato-6to7
2. Gram flour- 1 cup
3. Onion- 1 chopped
4. Ginger- 1 inch chopped
5. Green chillies- 2
6. Salt according to test
7. Garam masala powder- 1/2 teaspoon
8. Kashmiri red mirch powder- 1/2 teaspoon
9. Cumin powder- 1/2 this teaspoon
10. Dry mango powder- 1/2 teaspoon
11. Ajwain- 1/2 teaspoon
12. Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
13. Oil for fry
14. Baking soda- 1/2 teaspoon
