In a Family wide effort to stop the Cartel, Kobra and Ghiacchio create a plan to stop them from smuggling their drugs out to sea. However without the proper resources it will be difficult to pull off. The first phase is locating 3 submarines that are stashed at the Merryweather docks. The team will need to sneak in and steal the subs in order to avoid a fire fight. Then locate the sail boat holding the drugs.

This has never been done and while there are some trained family member, most are going in with just street smarts.
