A sanitation company reports Florida drivers are ignoring a new law requiring people to slow down and move over for sanitation and utility workers. A driver for Waste Pro told us he encounters at least four incidents each day involving other drivers being careless or distracted and nearly hitting his truck or his worker on the back.
