A short video covering a very strange problem with a multicart in the SNK Neo Geo MV-1FZ. I've since done more testing and found that just hovering my finger over a sweet spot on the motherboard (without touching it) solves the problem - on and off like a light switch. There appears to be some capacitive reactance going on or something...
