This a lap around Indy in the Impala SS with one of my new setups. The lap was a 52.847, so that is about 2 seconds faster than my first run. The pros in the iWCS (the races Dale Jr. runs in) run around 50-51 second laps which is what I was aiming for until I found out that they have to power slide to achieve their times. A future patch on iRacing is supposed to fix it to where sliding should not be required to make the 50-51 second laps.

I will be running in the Livestrong Brickyard 400 event on July 24th, 2010. For each official lap completed at this event, iRacing will donate 5 cents to the Livestrong foundation to help with cancer fighting research. You can also donate by going to the following link: http://fundraising.livestrong.org/grassroots2010/johnsterling

The top 34 people will be on the online video stream of iRacing. You can find out more info at: http://www.iracing.com/brickyard400/
