Wireless network interference with GoPro and Røde in the car? Where does it come from? I had a fair share of sound issues with GoPro in the car. First with Roland, and now with the Røde micro on the GoPro. In this video i am checking to see, if the camera itself is spitting out interfering signals from its WiFi. Turns out, it is not. Therefore it must come from within the camera and transfer into the cable. Or we have a grounding issue between camera and external mic. Who knows what is going on inside the USB to Mic converter, or maybe even inside the camera. Are the external mic traces on the PCB to close together? What is going on GoPro? This is one of the many reasons that i don't buy a newer GoPro anymore. This video was filmed with Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera and the Røde Video Mic. Enjoy, and don't forget to like and comment.
