These are the commands in the informal. -are verbs: you use the third person singular and the second person plural with emphasis to give informal commands. Parlare to speak, Parla! Speak! Parlate! Speak you guys! -ere and ire verbs use second person singular and plural and put extra emphasis on the word to show that it is a command. Capire understand: Capisci! Understand! Capite! Understand you guys! Vedere to see: Vedi! See! Vedete! See you guys!!! There are many irregulars though. Andare to go: Va! Andate! Avere to have: Abbi! Abbiate! Dare to give: Da! Date! Dire to say: Di! Dite! Essere Sii! Siate! Fare to do: Fa! Fate! Sapere to know: Sappi! Sappiate! Stare to be/remain: Sta! State!
