In January 1998, Babb was selected by MAXON Computer, headquartered in Germany, to develop a US-based entity to better serve the North and South American markets. Under Babb’s strategic leadership, MAXON, The Americas was established, and is now one of the market leaders in 3D animation and motion graphics technology solutions. Since 2012, Animation Magazine promotes international co-productions by bringing together top tier animation and VFX professionals for three days in November.
