From Chicago to Atlanta to Canada to New York to Stoke-On-Trent. Somewhere along the way this song was seeded and grew on a freaking SIX HOUR delayed flight home after something that had happened that week. Picture the scene, I was walking along to the my Gate when the melody popped into my head...so I recorded it onto my phone. Then as I sat down I was distracted by the large screen showing a guy climbing one of the Trump Towers. That took my attention way. So then I was eating peanut butter, honey, and banana bagels that I'd made and brought with me because I didn't wanna let the ingredients go to waste whilst watching this some dude climb a building while some emergency were deciding between shooting and saving him then the idea came back to me...So I'm sitting in an airport, peanut butter and honey on my hands singing into my phone... must have been a funny sight.
