Union Pacific manifest freight train with UP 4457 and UP 4734 SD70Ms heading westbound to Warm Springs meeting Amtrak #6 California Zephyr eastbound with AMTK 17 and AMTK 5 passing the #1 28th Street railroad crossing. The new signal has finally been installed at this crossing on this side four months after the other one was installed across the way. The gated mast has a side bell mount also but the bell is on top of the cantilever. The new signal isn't installed directly where the old signal was at. It's further back due to widening the road. The gate barrier also on the signal is also new with new gate lights. UPRR didn't keep the old one from the old signal like they did with the signal across the way when that one was installed getting the gate barrier though from the old signal. The new signal on this side was installed about less than a week ago.
