Yes, You can have Android like PIN Password on your Windows 10 PC.  Watch the Full video to know How to Add a PIN Password. 

Just go to, Settings App and Click on Accounts Icon. Now Click on Sign in Option, that you see on the Left side of the window. After that scroll down to the PIN Option and Click on the Add Button. It will prompt you to Verify your Account Password. Enter your Account password and click on OK. If you have a Microsoft account, then enter your Microsoft account password and click on “Sign in”. Once done, you will see a dialog box asking to create a PIN to use in place of your Account Password. Enter the PIN you want to Set. Now again Re-enter the PIN to confirm. And finally Click on OK. 

That's it. You have successfully Set a a PIN Password on your Windows 10 PC. 

To Change this PIN for Your Account. Go to Settings App and then to Accounts. Tap on Sign in Option and Go to PIN. Now Click on the Change Button, you will see a pop up, where you need to enter the current PIN and then the New PIN. Also Re-Enter the New PIN to Confirm. After entering everything correctly, Click on OK. That's how you Change PIN in Windows 10.
