Do YOU REALLY Want To Make Music...? | Vlog
In this daily in studio vlog I address making investments in your career as a musician, music maker, singer, artist, performer and producer. One of the top things I hear in the messages I receive from upcoming and aspiring music makers is "I want to make music like you" and/or "How can I get the same sound you get?" but when I explain to these people that I saved up and hustled for basically 10 years to purchase the tools necessary and spent the time necessary to make and produce the music and beats at the level I do now, I'm immediately met with a pushback saying they want to find free versions or cheaper versions of whatever I recommend. While I don't think its necessarily a bad thing to want to find cheap beats, cheap music equipment, cheap alternatives to anything regarding music production... I do believe that there comes a time when free and cheap just doesn't cut it anymore. You really need to invest in your music career and continue making investments to better your music. To invest time to learn and put in as much as you can to get out as much as you can. This video is just me in studio trying to be motivational and talking about why making investments in your music production equipment and all of that is very important to consider.
