Dashcam video shows moment car hits Utah Trooper on snowy highway

Utah Highway Patrol Sergeant Cade Brenchley responded to "multiple slide-offs" in Sardine Canyonm but when he exited his vehicle to check on one stranded driver, another car slammed into him and launched him off the road. The March 25 incident was caught on a dashcam video that was released on March 27 by the Utah Department of Public Safety.
