His undying love for food coupled with 20 years’ worth of experience in the hospitality industry is instrumental in him bagging the title of ‘Best Professional in the Hospitality Industry’ and ‘Hospitality achiever of the Year’. He loves number crunching and is deeply involved in strategic financial management of all F&B assests. RR keeps a constant check on the new-fangled trends in the food world. His vision for Bellona is to create restaurants and bars where the concept plays protagonist. A die hard food enthusiast and travel junkie by heart, RR believes that travelling inspires his treasure chest for knowledge.
