Hey everyone, this is Eric. First of all, thanks for visiting my newly created YouTube page. I'm very excited about this. Second of all, lets get to the picking!

Using my new Memorex HD Digital Camcorder I wanted to test the quality of the video first by recording in the various quality modes of the device. This one was in D1: 720 x 480 / 30 fps (Standard TV Quality) with the focus set at standard mode. I'm using my main axe, a Fender Malibu acoustic guitar. I use Dunlop Picks exclusively and was using my Ultex 1.0mm and my Tortex (Blue) 1.0mm picks. I also use Elixir light gauge Phosphor Bronze Nanoweb (.012 - .053) strings exclusively (these are a couple of months old after playing at least once a week at bluegrass practice). I've tried many other strings, but NOTHING, I mean absolutely NOTHING comes close to Elixirs. Very rarely have I had any to break on my. Haven't had a string break in YEARS.

P.S. I have to talk as well as play low due to my wife being asleep in the living room (she sleeps on the couch and has ever since I've known her. She just can't sleep in the bed for some reason), so please forgive these videos being so low. I know you can't hear the full range of tone on my guitar due to this.
