A Channel 4 continuity announcer leads in to The Naked Civil Servant. From the days when Channel 4 was a classy station with quality programmes instead of filled with 'property porn' and 'the world's fattest teen boob jobs gone wrong' style documentaries as it is now. One of the most famous British TV dramas of all time, The Naked Civil Servant was made by Thames Television and originally shown on ITV (imagine that!) in the 1970's.
