Based on my rpg. One year after the death of Ianto Jones, the Rift becomes active again and Ianto is brought back from the grave. But his beloved Captain Jack Harkness has left Earth, torn apart by the events surrounding Ianto's death. Ianto, Rhys and Gwen set out to find Jack, with the help of Captain John Hart who has rebuilt the shattered remains of Torchwood 3.
