i was finally able to get some semblance of a "normal" night's sleep, but as I headed out for my Saturday run, I realized that I had forgotten my earbuds in Chicago, the battery on my Garmin watch was just about dead, and the battery in the GoPro was just about dead. 

But I was still able to get in my run, and I even felt reasonably strong during it. And it was a nice change of pace to just run without having to worry about technology and things.
