So to start out the 2013 season I got a great package from ROMY6 that was full of treats. I am starting with the Yellow Primo, something that I have had my eye on for a long time. It had a nice and cirtrusy flavor that was a bit mild. Not as heavy/strong flavor or smell as other yellows but it was nice and mellow. As far as heat goes, more of a mouth/tongue burn than a throat burn and the heat came on almost instantly. Really good pepper for a light/delicate fish or meat because it wasn't too overpowering.
