Watch the video. I explain everything in the first minute... Potato chip trucks are STALKING ME! Also, notice all that weirdness going on? The gray flashes, pixelization and so on? I thought it was YouTube doing that when it converted my video, but it isn't. As it turns out, it's the converter I use prior to uploading to YouTube. It never did this before, so I'm not sure what's going on. It definitely isn't in the original video, but it is in the post-conversion video. I can't figure out how to fix it, so just put up with it for now. It's not really that bad.
