Thanks to the South Wales Bridgend Extrication Team for sharing this Technique with us. Where access can only be made through the windshield, this technique allows you to drop a sheet into the vehicle creating minimum debris. Once the sheet is in place you can then cut the windshield out completely, water or foam etc can be used to minimise glass dust, you can see in the video with the sunlight just how much is created. Remember this techniques is the last resort for when rapid casualty access is needed and we have exhausted all other options, in normal situations full casualty protection much be provided, cas sheet, hard protection dust masks, pos press o2 etc
