This boss is optional and not necessary.  I suggest doing it though because you'll get a really nice weapon for winning.  You can start the fight in King P.'s room by trying to take the yo-yo out of the display case. Getting sound combos can be tricky because the rhythm is quick and changes up alot so don't rely specifically on regular attacks.  Kumatora's PK Freeze is most excellent in this fight but first lower the offense of miss marshmallow as much as you can or she'll butcher you when she gets pissed off.  Now when she gets pissed, sje can do some major damage even with her offense being lowered.  At this point you'll want to finish as quickly as possible so f you have some bombs or Saltwater guns, go ahead and use those. Try to beat her without healing because healing will take up the turns you should be attacking her on.
