This is from several different vantage points in Riverfront Park,downtown Spokane, WA. Many of the region's rivers are at flood stage so they're really letting it spill through. I've lived here for 16 years and never seen them let this much water through. They even had to close one of the foot bridges due to heavy water spray and debris. The video really doesn't do it justice.
