The Crew Wild Run - Brand Time Attack ("Guts & Glory" Summit Qualifier)

Here you can see the third Time Attack event of the current qualifier and for the third time you have to use an annoying shortcut through trees to hit the fastest possible time. The car is the Raid spec Dodge Challenger and the track is the exact same that was already used for a Raid spec Time Attack event in late December. Once again I recorded fast runs with and without the cut on it.

Surprisingly I achieved slighty faster times with the Dodge Challenger than I did with the Ford Focus last time. I also managed to reach the top 20 even without using the shortcut.

It is pretty disappointing that they already used this track a second time less than 3 weeks after the first time. There is really no need to repeat tracks that quickly.

I also hope that they will remove the ugly shortcut for the next time that they will be using this track. This would be very easy to do. They could simply place an additional checkpoint somewhere around here: http://i.imgur.com/PXsq1YW.jpg

With this additional checkpoint this would be a really awesome Raid spec track (although there would still be no need to use it multiple times in 3 weeks).
