Gordon Brown on Monday hosted a meeting at Number 10 Downing Street with Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt and European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso. The three men discussed major issues facing the EU in the second half of this year: the economic crisis, growing unemployment, the situation in Iran, climate change, climate finance and the Lisbon Treaty.
