I review my kitchen knife that I purchased 3 years ago in Fairway Supermarket in Plainview NY. The knife has a nice ergonomic handle and very effectice cutting performance. It is listed as a bagel/sandwich knife.
I ws unaware of the connection between KAI and Kershaw until I researched this for this description.
