This guy jumped the red light, then complained I was blinding him with my full beam headlight. I then informed him it was a special high watt bulb to ensure my visibility and safety and aimed at those people who are clearly unobservant and dangerous to other road users - for example jumping red lights. He then tried to tell me he never jumped the lights. See for yourself, I have to deal with these lying bastards all day.
