This strange looking vehicle is located in the heart of Zemun, Serbia. The owner is a an older gentleman with a white beard who walks around with a strange walking stick with lots of things attached to it. I believe this is an old Lada which is a Russian-made vehicle. The vehicle has so many strange trinkets attached to it that you would think it's just for decoration, but it isn't. He drives it all around the city.
