Got the numbers, laid them out, made models and have a good idea on how fast things are moving all the time, just for review a Light Year is 6 trillion miles, Milky Way over 100 Light years across, Sun moving @450Kmph, Earth @67Kmph these are the numbers.  Okay so explain how we can see a star field move around time and time again, can our cameras and telescopes capture stars even our galaxy moving this fast to rotate around us?
