We play around with espresso quite a bit and decided to do the same with drip coffee. Using three Brazens and a Baratza Encore, Jess devised three different coffee preps, selecting different variables for temperature, pre-infusion time, coffee grind and coffee dosage. We brew up three pots and then discuss how the preparations compare.
