videos of this were published about 7 years ago. the CO of the base at the time said the buildings were an accident and would be camouflaged so as to not be an insult anymore to u.s. vets from wwii (and presumably any average joe sixpack). it is still viewable on google maps around the world, and, if you look closely, the buildings just west of the nazi swastika are shaped like airplanes. some accident.
