If you want to get to the meat and potatoes of this video and skip the approach of the train, fast forward to the 1:45 mark to see the train as it enters the station, otherwise, enjoy the approach of the train.  The train in question is P&W Train CHFP, the stone train from Cedar Hill Yard in North Haven to Fresh Pond Yard in Queens.
