After a visit from caring carers in Southend-on-Sea I thought I would make this video public as to the state of the current state of our care system in the United Kingdom at the end of February 2018. As you will see in the video the carer had no comprehension of English and her level of English was not acceptable as they have to check on my medication etc as you can see I started this tape after several times saying please empty my urine bottle she just didn't understand me I then started this video to record so please bear in mind I have already asked her to empty the bottle several times before the start of this video hence my concern please take this seriously as this could be your family member being looked after by this company in Southend-on-Sea
