West Bromwich Albion manager Tony Pulis used his pre-match press conference before Saturday’s trip to Burnley to confirm the club rejected a £18m bid from Manchester City for Jonny Evans. Pulis maintains that the club doesn’t want, or need, to sell their newly-appointed club captain, but that they’d let him make the final decision if an acceptable bid was made
