This was a challenging puzzle for me. I knew I had to move the goomba carrying the muncher up to the top fo the level in order to get the muncher to destroy the mushroom. Eventually I saw that I could make a diagonal stack with the P-Switch, POW, and spring allowing the goomba to bounce up. After solving this part, and moving the cannon up, I had to figure out how to make the cannon fire a mushroom again. The screen does not scroll up enough for cannon to fire if Mario just stands at the top of the level. You have to be two blocks higher, so I stood on a P-Switch and POW to get the screen to scroll up.
