This is the 1st self-hypnosis meditation in a series that I am creating for people who are suffering with cancer. 

There is a version on my website www.thesunnyside.net with music - or.. if you prefer, you can choose your own music and simply play it in the background of this recording.

This recording is the 1st step in a hypnosis styled approach to healing. As such, it has a "count down" induction and the focus is on an NLP/Hypnosis Time Line structure.
