Ashton Kutcher is standing up against President Donald Trump’s immigration ban, and suggesting that if this policy was in place in the past his wife Mila Kunis wouldn’t have been allowed in the country.

Ashton Kutcher is among many of the celebrities upset about President Donald Trump’s ban on immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries, and he’s not staying quiet about it. 

Along with making a speech at the SAG Awards, Kutcher also Tweeted his disapproval saying “My wife came to this country on a refugee visa in the middle of the Cold War! My blood is boiling right now.” 

Kutcher believes that if this ban was implemented in the past, it would have prevented Mila Kunis from being able to enter the United States. 

Kutcher says, “We have never been a nation built on fear. Compassion that is the root ethic of America. Our differences are fundamental to our sustainability.” 

The Ranch star also doesn’t care if he comes across as too liberal. He says, “If standing for the America that doesn’t discriminate makes me a left wing actor who is out of touch… Fuck it. As an American I respect my President but I do not respect this policy. #ABetterWay.” 

We’ll see if President Trump opens his borders to this debate.
