Sexual Offence Crimes Increased in Nation's Capital

APEC Minister and Moresby South MP, Justin Tkatchenko, says sexual violence against women and young children has increased in NCD. He said this at the Commander’s Parade last week at Badili Police Station. NCD’s Metropolitan Superintendent, Perou N’Dranou, also voiced his concerns today, saying that last week alone saw 4 reported sexual assault cases, of which 2 were rape cases against minors.
