My first go at homebrew Wednesday. Today I am doing some chores and moving a beer to secondary. This is an RIS I plan to batch age for at least a month. It tastes mighty fine right now even without carbonation so waiting that long is going to be difficult. Recipe: 5.5 Gallons - All Grain O.G. 1.095, F.G. 1.020, Nottingham Ale Yeast (Repitch), ~88 IBU's 17.5# Gambrinus ESB Malt 1# Chocolate Malt 1# Roasted Barley .5# Carastan .5# Special B 2oz Chinook (90 min) 2oz Centennial (10 min)
