The Delta Brake from Allstar Tactical is one of the most effective muzzle devices I have found for an AR-15, and it costs a mere $45! 

After installing the Delta Brake on my 10.5" AR Pistol, there was an immediate reduction in recoil (which, mind you, isn't a ton to start with on a 5.56 weapon), and increase in muzzle control. Having more muzzle control allows for faster and more accurate shot placement, and the Delta works outstandingly well! 

The Allstar Tactical Delta pushes spent gas evenly in all directions from the muzzle, and creates a minimal "recoil" that is directed straight back into the shooter's shoulder. Being that the rifle moves linearly as opposed to up, reacquiring sight picture/sight alignment is never an issue!
