The Sudbury CARP Association hosted the final mayoral meeting on October 11, before advanced voting begins on October 15. The event took place at the Parkside Centre. Ten of Greater Sudbury's 11 mayoral candidates were present at the event including: Brian Bigger (incumbent mayor of Greater Sudbury), Cody Cacciotti, Troy Crowder, Bill Crumplin, Jeff Huska, Dan Melanson, Patricia Mills, Rodney Newton, J. David Popescu and Bill Sanders. Ron Leclair was not in attendance.
