Mali Sunguza discussed about business as a family tradition and shared the secret to creating a family legacy in business. Mali Sunguza started his first business at the age of thirteen. Since then, he went from one challenge to another, with a love for
anything new and uncommon. By the time he graduated, he was running the first hamburger house in the city with six employees whom half were old enough to be his parents. His father is a businessman, so was his Greek father before him and probably a lot of
his ancestors. He often laughs saying that business is in his genes. He now has three children, and no matter which dream they pursue, he looks at business as a mean to their end. Business is part of his family's traditions. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
