Here we are at the intersection of Girard Avenue and 12th Street, as we see PCC II 2323 as it heads towards Westmoreland Avenue in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia on Route 15.  At the next intersection, 2323 meets PCC II 2337 as it heads towards the Philadelphia Zoo and the Haddington section of Philadelphia.  Both cars were built in 1947 by the St. Louis Car Company and rebuilt by the Brookville Equipment Corporation in 2004.  If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me.
