Voting was held for by-elections to four Lok Sabha seats and 10 assembly constituencies spread across 10 states. The Election Commission received complaints regarding faulty electronic voting machines (EVMs) including in Uttar Pradesh's Kairana and Noorpur. The opposition has raised concerns about the reported malfunctioning of EVMs. On this episode of Ranneeti, we discuss whether malfunctioning of voting machines was deliberate or natural.
