Holy cow! How are you all doing today my fellow Noobs? It is so good to be back!

In today's Noob's Adventures in Destiny, we take on the Vault of Glass (Normal Mode) for the second time and this time, we mean business. Well, eventually. Once we work out all of the kinks when we have to deal with Atheon. Despite the sporadic glitches, this is a great raid and maybe someday we'll get to attempt Hard Mode. And seriously, how have you all been? Even though it's only been a few weeks, it feels like forever since we last hung out. :)

Destiny is an online first-person shooter video game in a "mythic science fiction" setting which released to mixed critical acclaim (https://www.metacritic.com puts Destiny around 75%). Destiny was developed by Bungie and published by Activision. Destiny was released on the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 (what I'm currently playing on), Xbox 360, and Xbox One video game consoles on September 9, 2014.

Destiny features fast-paced first-person shooter combat which incorporates a variety of weapon types including standard fare (shotguns, rocket launchers, etc.) plus unique, technologically advanced equipment (like the fusion rifle and elemental damage). 

Destiny changes the current first-person shooter model through the incorporation of three unique character classes, each with their own special abilities, traits and functions.

- There is the Titan who functions best on the front lines as a fighter (Striker subclass) or defender (Defender subclass).

- There is the Hunter who functions as a long range sniper (Gunslinger subclass) or up close fighter (Bladedancer subclass). 

- There is the Warlock (which is what I currently play) who functions best either as a front line fighter (Sunsinger subclass) or as a medium range fighter (Voidwalker subclass).
