In this episode, as we finish up base operations, we go to the den of Gritnea Tower. Here we meet...the least sane of all people on Tellius.

Izuka, the keeper of the tower, is as mad scientist as all getout. Under his musings and frequent "Wheeeee!!"s, he keeps Leanne and other laguz locked in this tower for his own experiments. A guard comes and relieves Izuka of watching over Leanne, and he even seems to be taking a shine to her...

Later on, Ike and company get up to speed on what Gritnea Tower is like and find ut that it's the nesting ground of the Feral Ones. There will be a lot of them, including several Red Dragons, which are brute force nightmares. Ike has to buckle down for this attack.
