This is apparently the two watchtowers that watch out for any intruders to the Wally's castle. If you go to the top, you can also enjoy very wide scenery. The view is sooooo good from up in the watchtower. If you go below, you can see what I think is a entrance to the Underground Waterway dungeon. nice BGM no complaints there.
