Day 3 began as the previous day with the long trip to Exeter, then hopped onto a sprinter to Exmouth. Spent a bit of time there then headed back to Exeter.
After shooting some footage there, I then made my way to Dawlish, hoping for another nice afternoon along the wall, but unfortunately this time it wasn't to be! So spent a while on the platform instead, a few shots showing how choppy the sea was getting. No idea about the guy in the sea, I know I would've picked a better day that's for sure!

Anyway, I was starting feel pretty under the weather (haha) by then, so didn't shoot much more until in Penzance.
Here we see the sleeper being hauled away by 57605 "Totnes Castle" - well, eventually, after the dispatcher having to walk right up and shine the green light in the driver's face! Finally an empty HST heads for the depot. Was feeling quite ill by now, a fierce bout of flu was taking hold, so went back to accommodation to get dosed up and straight to bed.
